RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at studiomdj.pe@gmail.com. After 24 hours, cancellations depend entirely on whether your order has already been dispatched by our logistics partner. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process will apply, with return shipping costs assumed by the customer.
Return Policy — 90 Days
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused, with tags intact
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at studiomdj.pe@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to: Calle Los Galenos, Chorrillos, Lima, Perú.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Assumed by the customer in the following cases:
- Change of mind or impulse purchase after shipment
- Natural wear and tear from use
- Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
- Any other reason attributable to the customer
Assumed by CyberChibi in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects or malfunctions
- Wrong item received
- Any issue directly attributable to us as the seller
90-Day Warranty — Manufacturing Defects
All CyberChibi products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
If your product presents a defect within this period, we will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include:
- Product replacement
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
The resolution will be based on your preference and the nature of the issue. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modification of the product.
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at studiomdj.pe@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and a description — and if possible, photos — of the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items or items purchased at a discount
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you'll be refunded within 5–7 business days via:
- Your original payment method, or
- Store credit (upon request)
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at studiomdj.pe@gmail.com.
