Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

7 to 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and local postal conditions.

These are estimated times only and are not guaranteed. CyberChibi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.


Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, with the exception of:

  • Countries or regions under active conflict
  • Territories with customs or trade restrictions that prevent delivery

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your shipment at any time.


Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at studiomdj.pe@gmail.com. We will open a case with our logistics partner and work with you to find the best resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the cost of reshipping will be assumed by the customer. If you realize you entered a wrong address, contact us immediately at studiomdj.pe@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
